Nikki Bennis 651-501-3667 adamnikki@comcast.net	Disciplines: Freestyle, Field Moves, Choreography Director, Basic Skills Nikki has been coaching for 12 years at Maplewood. She is a member of U.S. Figure Skating and PSA, and enjoys teaching skaters from beginners to the competitive level. Nikki's students have passed Senior moves, Novice Freestyle tests and have competed at local, state, regional, sectional and national levels. Nikki has been the Director of the Maplewood Basic Skills Program since 2005 and has been Co-Director of the MFSC Spring Show since 1999. She also serves on the MFSC Board of Governors as a Special Member and has over 10 years experience coaching ice dance and Synchronized Skating. Nikki enjoys teaching all ages and helping skaters achieve their goals. She pushes students to do their best on the ice and stresses the importance of balancing skating with academics and other activities.

Dana Cocchiarella 651-770-7984 Dlcocchiarella@stkate.edu	Disciplines: Freestyle, Field Moves, Choreography, Ice Dance, Synchronized Skating Dana has been coaching private students for 3 years, and has skated with the MFSC for 15. She has been a competitive skater for over half of that time, competing in freestyle, testing in field moves and competing as a member of the Maplewood Highsteppers. She has lots of fresh and new ideas that she brings to teaching her students, but most of all, she just loves coaching.

Jill Reed 651-777-5358 reedfrznskts@aol.com	Disciplines: Freestyle, Field Moves, Choreography Jill has been coaching for 23 years and has grown up with the club and the town of North St. Paul. In addition to private coaching, Jill teaches in our Basic Skills "Learn to Skate" program, and teaches Basic Skills Hockey. Outside of skating she works full time as a medical assistant and has 2 children who are both involved with figure skating and hockey.
Melanie Sarkissian 651-770-0852 sark0037@umn.edu	Disciplines: Freestyle, Field Moves, Choreography, Ice Dance Melanie has been coaching individual skaters for almost 2 years. She has coached in the Basic Skills Program for about 5 years and is qualified to teach Basic Skills, Basic Skills Freestyle, and Basic Skills Ice Dance. She has been skating for 13 years, has passed her Intermediate Freestyle and Novice Field Moves tests, and was Minnesota State Champion in the Open Pre-Juvenile division in 2004. She also has a strong musical and dance background and loves choreographing, especially for the spring ice shows. She is currently a student at the University of Minnesota majoring in Economics, Math and Management.
