After completing your test application on zfrogpond.com, please submt your payment for the test(s) fee using the MFSC Venmo account:

Testing Virtually and at Other Clubs & Non-MFSC Competitions
For testing at other clubs, you will need permission to test. To receive permission, please complete this Permission To Test form and return it by email to [email protected]. Once receiving the completed form, the Club President will return a signed permission after payment is complete.
Fee Schedule to test outside MFSC:
Virtual Test $20
Out-of-club regular test session $20
Testing at non-MFSC competition $25
